Subscription Terms & Conditions

Pro Plan - Services

  • GoHighLevel CRM Subscription
    This plan includes a Go High Level CRM sub-account from our agency with an unlimited number of users and contacts. If requested, our team will assist you with importing existing contacts and setting up user accounts.

  • Phone/SMS & Email Setup
    During the on-boarding process for your account, we will assist you with the process of setting up an email account within the CRM as part of an existing or new domain that you own. We will also assist you with purchasing a new phone number within the CRM and support you with the A2P10DLC application process necessary to send SMS within the CRM.

  • Meta/Google Account Integration
    During the on-boarding process for your account, we will assist you with setting up the integration of your existing ad platforms.

  • Multi-Stage Sales Pipeline Setup
    Our team will configure a multi-stage (up to 5 stages) sales pipeline within your Go High Level CRM to track prospects, opportunities, and customers. We will set up automated notifications to ensure your team is alerted when new leads are added or when deals progress to the next stage and add additional associated automations such as tagging or custom field changes as needed.

  • Custom Marketing Automations
    We will design and implement two (2) custom marketing automations tailored to your business objectives. These may include automated email or SMS follow-ups, lead nurturing campaigns, or workflow sequences to improve customer engagement and conversion.

  • Calendar Setup & Integration
    Our team will integrate your preferred calendar platform (Google Calendar, Outlook, or other supported systems) with your CRM. This includes automated booking, reminder sequences, and two-way synchronization to ensure accurate availability and scheduling.

  • Quarterly Performance Reviews
    Every three months, we will review your CRM setup, pipeline performance, and marketing automations. A written or virtual review will be provided with recommendations for improvement, optimization, or expansion.

  • Ongoing Maintenance & Support
    Our team will provide ongoing support for the features included in this plan. This includes troubleshooting, minor adjustments to automations, and technical support related to your CRM sub-account. Major new build requests or additional automations may be billed separately.

Fees & Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance of each billing period and must be paid by the due date.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

  • Late payments (10+ days overdue) may result in suspension of services and may accrue interest.

Plan Commitments

  • The Pro Plan and Enterprise Plan require a minimum three (3) month commitment.

  • After the initial term, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with at least thirty (30) days’ notice.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, and access needed for us to deliver services.

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules (including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, privacy/data protection, and advertising regulations).

  • You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for any data, content, or customer information you provide.

Disclaimers & Liability Limits

  • Our services are provided “as is” without guarantees of results, conversions, or specific performance.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits).

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
